i am a fully licensed insurance representative im looking to start a small business. i need to know the fundamentals of being a bail bonds man. what it pays how much time as the owner i would have to put in.
What happens if you don't pay your bail bonds bill?
Since i've been bailed out by a bail bondsmen, now every month i have to make payments, to pay off the whole bail bonds debt. This month i couldn't find a way to make any money for my bills. So i have NO IDEA, how I'm gonna be able to pay the bail bondsmen. So what happens if i don't pay them?

Trying to get someone out of jail. Called today and they said that his bond was 500.00...when talking to different people they all have different stories on what the heck that means. I'm naive about these things, I've never had to deal with anything like this before...PLEASE someone help me know what to do I'm emotional and frustrated and completely lost, but I've got to help him. I've heard something about you only have to have 10% to get them out, or something like that, and something about I'd have to put up 5,000 worth of collateral which I don't have ....I'm lost and confused, please, please, please someone help me out here....I'm on yahoo IM and would love to chat if you have answers, or you can just share your advice on here....this happened in saint joseph county IN...idk if that makes a difference or not. Please help thanks
Are those 700 billion bail-out going to be gathered from new bonds? Who would buy it? Would you buy it?
I couldn't think of anyone or even several countries combined could actually pay that much without hurting their own economy even the wealthiest wall street bankers themselves can't pay for it that's why they are begging for the bail out.So, who would be interested at buying it? Would you buy it? Wall street may not even pay you back in your life time. Or, probably sometime down the road calling for another 700 billion bail out to pay you back. At what interest rate would you like to buy such a bond?I'm not sure how that works. Enlighten me.

Im interested in being a bounty hunter but I dont understand this bond thing. Is bond what it costs to get out of jail or is it the part that the bail bondsman pays?

in 2006 i posted bond thru a bail bonds man. i was sentenced to a year probation, which i completed successfully in 2007. Am I entitled to the $$ paid for the bond back, and if so, how do i get it back?
